You choose whether we may measure your visits. We use the data to improve our website and, with separate consent, provide personal advice and follow-up.

Your choice: three separate steps
Visit statistics are off by default. You can reject everything or allow statistics only. Possible company recognition is an additional choice and requires statistics. Linking your name, company and email also requires a separate, unchecked form checkbox. ‘Accept all’ in the cookie banner does not enable that form link. You can still use the website and contact us without consent.
Our grounds for processing
Visit measurement, company indications and profile linking rely on your consent. Essential choice storage and the security log serve our legitimate interest in protecting privacy choices and administrator access.
What do we measure?
With consent for visit statistics, we record public pages viewed, clicks, language, device category, country, referring website and repeat visits. We do not store full IP addresses, arbitrary URL parameters, messages or chat content in visitor analytics. The random browser identifier is a pseudonym and does not identify a person.
Possible company recognition
Only with separate consent do we use available network information to show a possible company network. Matches may be incorrect and do not identify an employee. No external enrichment service is connected for this recognition.
Linking a name or company to a visit
Only if you select the separate optional checkbox on the contact or appointment form do we link your supplied name, company and email address to your browsing. We use this for personal advice and follow-up. Completing a form does not by itself give consent for this link. The forms prepare an email; analytics cannot determine whether you actually send it.
Retention and security
New visit details are deleted after 90 days through an automatic cleanup check when analytics or administration is used, no later than the next cleanup check. Linked contact details expire 90 days after the separate consent. Cookie choices and consent receipts are retained for up to 180 days. The administration is protected by sign-in and an administrator allowlist. Access, exports and deletion actions are logged; this security log is kept for up to 400 days.
Earlier measurements
Statistics collected before this change using a daily technical identifier remain recognisable as historical measurements, for up to 400 days. They are not retroactively linked to new browser profiles or names. New consent does not reveal past browsing history.
Essential functions and external services
We remember your cookie choice without requiring tracking consent. Secure administration may use essential sign-in cookies. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable our visitor measurement. Google Maps loads only when you click its map button; Google then receives technical data and may use cookies. External links, including InOne and WhatsApp, open services with their own privacy policies. The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and processing; visitor data is not public and no advertising tracker is added.

These cookies apply only to this website. We do not share visitor profiles between our different websites. The session cookie is renewed during a permitted visit and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Deleting browser cookies does not erase data already stored by us; withdraw consent first or contact us.
Your choice and your rights
You can withdraw consent as easily as you give it through Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawal erases the linked visitor profile and detailed browsing history for this browser. Choices apply separately to each browser or device. For access, correction, erasure or other privacy questions, email info@properproducts.nl.
Turn off visit statistics in Cookie preferences to erase your linked visitor profile too. Turning off company recognition alone removes network indications but keeps permitted statistics. This does not delete emails already sent from our correspondence. To erase linked contact details only, email us.
Where applicable, you may also request restriction, portability or object. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You can complain to your supervisory authority, for example the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
